Many of our staff members have been with Dr. Kaiser for over 20 years, so when you visit us for a checkup, expect some familiar, friendly smiles to greet you! Mary Radcliff Office Manager

Mary brings a positive attitude and superb organizational skills to our office. She joined our team in 1993 and has been in administrative management for over 30 years. She keeps the office operating smoothly, so that each patient has an exceptional experience. She has two boys; Taylor is an Accountant and Jake is a senior at Texas Tech. Outside of the work, Mary loves spending time with family, friends, and her dogs! She loves reading and being outdoors working in her garden.
Cheri Gonzales Dental Hygienist
When earning her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene, Cheri was awarded the George B. Clendenin Award and the Listerine Excellence Award in Geriatric Care. She has held membership with the American Dental Hygienists Association, as well. Sharing dental care information with our patients and partnering with them to secure a lifetime of strong oral health, are all in a day’s work for Cheri. She appreciates the opportunity to build relationships of trust with every patient in her care. In her free time, Cheri enjoys being a busy mom and she loves reading and traveling.
Lisa Hernandez
Dental Assistant
Lisa has been in the dental profession for 36 years. She is a highly trained dental assistant having received her education from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas. Lisa has a commitment to her patients and ensures she offers the best dental care possible. She has a talent for crafting which has led her to operate a small business where she enjoys using her creativity to produce amazing items. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband, Don. She is dedicated to her two sons, Tyler and Joshua. Tyler is currently in the United States Navy stationed on the USS Carl Vinson in San Diego, California and Joshua is currently attending Collin College.
