Dental Patient Information – Dallas, TX

Getting Ready for Your Appointment

Dr. Kaiser has been creating brighter smiles at our current location since 1992, and she isn’t planning on stopping anytime soon! Are you ready to schedule your first appointment with our experienced dental team? First, you should take the time to review the information below and ensure that you’re well-prepared for the day of your appointment. Please call our office if you have any questions or want to know something that isn’t covered on this page.

Your First Visit

Your initial visit will take about an hour. During that appointment, we will get a detailed health history, listen to any concerns you have, and take X-rays. Our hygienist will examine your mouth, and if there aren’t any problems, perform a cleaning. Dr. Kaiser will evaluate your teeth, gums, and soft tissue to develop a complete picture of your oral health. We can then review treatment options and create a custom plan to update your smile.

Patient Forms

To save time, we have provided our forms online. Download the information, complete the paperwork, and bring it with you to your visit.

Insurance and Financing

While our office is not in-network with any dental benefit plans, our team members would be happy to process and file dental insurance claims on your behalf. The reason we choose not to join dental insurance networks is that we want our treatment recommendations to be completely based on your patient's needs rather than the services that are dictated by an insurance provider. We know how important your insurance benefits are, and we are happy to work with you to make the most of this coverage. Our team works with dental benefit providers on a regular basis, and we are able to help patients maximize their coverage wihtout compromising on the quality of dentistry services we can provide. If you have questions about dental insurance, please don't hesitate to talk to one of our caring team members.

Emergencies

When you have a dental emergency, contact our office immediately. During regular office hours, we will work you in right away. If you need assistance after hours, call our main line for instructions on how to reach the doctor.
